Reiki

As a reiki practitioner, I act as a conduit between you and the source of the universal life force energy. This energy flows through my crown, into my hands and on to you via your chakras and other energetic points like hands, hips and feet.

During an in-person session you will lay fully clothed. I then use my hands with gentle touch to deliver the reiki energy to your body, from the crown to the ground, improving the flow and balance of your energy to support healing.

In a virtual session, you lay comfortably while I work with a crystal grid on my side.

I try not to tell clients what they will feel, but most mention a sort of immediate relaxation or calmness. Some may experience the energy in the form of sensations like heat or tingling where I have placed my hands, while other people may not perceive any immediate change at all.

It is important stay open in the days and weeks following a session as well, as the impact of reiki can be long lasting. Energy cleansing and healing is cumulative, so the more sessions you have, the more you feel the effects.

You may come wearing any comfortable clothing you like. Many stay fully dressed, while some find a t-shirt and shorts is enough.
