Pet Portrait Request Form

Combine all of your pet’s personalities into one piece of framable custom art!

Thank you for choosing The Good Apple Pet Portraits. Please read all information below before submitting the form. I look forward to working with you!

Step 1. Submit the form below and send your nonrefundable $50 deposit (goes towards final cost) in one of the following ways. Please ensure you indicate in the payment notes “Pet Portrait”.

Step 2. After payment is received and processed, you will receive a follow up email — respond to this email with all reference photos of your furry friend. The more photos you submit, and the more angles, the better.

Step 3. Once reference photos are submitted, the artwork begins! You are guaranteed 2 rounds of feedback and updates which is done via email. Subsequent updates may be liable to additional charge.

Step 4. You receive a final watermarked proof which you will require approval to be printed. We discuss sizing, printing and shipping. At this point the remainder of your payment is due.

Important things to note:

  • Pet portraits take approximately 2-3 weeks to draw and finalize, and 1-2 weeks to print and ship. Please keep this in mind if you need your order delivered by a specific date. You can specify in the form below if you need your piece rushed.

  • All pieces are started and completed on a first come, first serve basis.

  • Deposit and payments cover the cost of printing and shipping.

  • Framing options are available for additional charge.
